After A Tough Fight, Nakuru Will Beat Kabras

My guest this weekend, describes himself as a Mnyore by blood (don’t they all?), he though perhaps more than any. At this point I usually share a nickname that I use for my guest. I believe that this is a Rated-G website, thus we shall pass.

Bwana TD, VC, ABCDEF!
Bwana TD, VC, ABCDEF!

A diligent servant of Nakuru RFC, Kevin Rodrigues has probably served the club in all capacities available. From the tournament’s committees where he started at the fixtures table, to assistant Tournament director eventually to the post of TD last year. He is the current Vice chairman of Top Fry Nakuru RFC.

Like most Wanyore, he remembers perfectly where he was when Nakuru lifted it’s first Kenya Cup title, he was the then Team Manager. I stand to be corrected, but I doubt a Mnyore comes in a more loyal and committed package than in Kevin Rodrigues.

Here are his predictions for match day 10 :

Nakuru to emerge victorious after a hard fight +5 over Kabras. (no surprises here)
KCB to run over Thika +40.
Strath to deal with the fellow students +30.
Quins to walk over Nondies + 15.
Mwamba to step on the bulls +7.
Homeboyz to miss a beat and fall to the hungry Impala +10.
Blak Blad to play big brother to the junior Kenya Sharks +10.

Here are my predictions :

Thika v KCB – KCB +50.
Nakuru v Kabras Sugar – Kabras +7.
Mean Machine v Strathmore Leos – Strathmore +60.
Kenya Harlequin v Nondescripts – Quins +20.
Western Bulls v Mwamba – Bulls +3.
Impala Saracens v Homeboyz – Impala +10.
Kenya Sharks v Blak Blad – Blad +20.

Before I leave it to you, I’d like to thank Double D for being a great sport last weekend. I didn’t get a chance to post the results, we played out to a draw (10/28). Everyone apart from Kaula in the comments section managed a 10, Kaula scored a 12.

Haya the floor is yours, how do you see match day 10 playing out?
